Refund policy

Our company does not sell products at retail and does not ship items by mail. All samples are provided exclusively to professionals after completing an individual training or master class.

Since the products are handed over in person and accompanied by detailed instruction on their use, returns of samples are not accepted. We guarantee the quality of the provided formulas and components, and offer full technical support after training.
